Obituary for Carey Wayne Cobb

Carey Wayne Cobb, 64, died April 6, 2016.
A native of Spartanburg County, son of the late Harold Herman “Bobby” and Bobbie Crain Cobb, he was a former employee of Farrell Chevrolet and a member of Wellford Baptist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Charlotte Powers Cobb of the home; a daughter, Renae Bradley and Rev. Josh Bradley of Woodruff; two brothers, Rev. David Cobb and Tommie of Wellford and Steve Cobb and Karen of Blue Ridge; a sister, Kim Duck and Joey of Greer; four grandchildren, Dawson Bradley, D.J. Bradley, Carson Bradley and H.G. Bradley; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday at Wellford Baptist Church, conducted by Rev. Philip Whitt and Dr. Carl Poole. Burial will follow in Abner Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
Honorary escort will be the Carl Reid Sunday School Class.
Visitation will be held 5:30-8:00 p.m. Sunday at The Wood Mortuary.
